CALHOUN BEACH CLUB APARTMENTS RESTORATION IN MINNEAPOLIS, MN

The landmark Calhoun Beach Club property underwent a complete restoration of all electrical lighting, power and life safety systems from top to bottom. The scope of the project included the transformation of this 1920's vintage building into an upscale high-rise apartment. The Calhoun Beach Athletic Club was completely renovated on a fast track basis, as were the kitchen, dining and banquet facilities.
